PAF Trainer Jet Crashes Near Mardan
MARDAN: A trainer jet of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) crashed near Mardan, district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), PAF spokesperson said on Wednesday.
The jet crashed during a training mission near Mardan. The Air Headquarters formed a committee to investigate the causes of crash incident.
The reports suggested that pilot who was flying the trainer jet could not survive and died after jet crash.
Last month, in a separate incident, two pilots of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) ejected and landed safely after a fighter jet crashed during a training session near Attock.
PAF said that the Air Headquarters had formed a board to learn facts on how and why the fighter jet crashed.
