Piers Morgan slams countries for failing to do their moral role in Ukraine’s fight with Russia

As Russia’s onslaught on Ukraine continues, Piers Morgan slammed countries across the world for not doing enough to assist Ukraine.

When Vladimir Putin initially targeted Ukraine in February, the former GMB host lambasted how other foreign leaders handled the crisis.

He posted another address from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday. On this topic, Ukraine’s president is seen on 60 Minutes discussing how he felt when nations that did not engage in WWII “held responsibility for the slaughter.”

“When you have the power to seal the skies, yeah, it’s worrisome that a world war may start,” a company and Zelensky say in a translated video. I realise that it’s frightening, and I can’t put any pressure on these folks because everyone is frightened of war.

“However, whether the world is to blame – I believe it is. “I think so.”

“Every day, stand in front of the mirror and ask yourself if you were able to achieve anything or if you were unable to do something,” he continued.

“You’ll discover the answer to this and another inquiry in the mirror: Who are you?” That’s how I see it.”

“Do we, in other nations, have a moral obligation to stop Putin?” actress Mia Farrow said in the video.

It prompted Piers, 56, to remark, “He’s correct. We are shirking our moral responsibilities.”

Meanwhile, his remarks elicited a mixed response.

“How many times do people have to emphasise that it’s not as easy as “taking down the bad guy!”?” one supporter said. “Whether we like it or not, Putin has the ability to make things significantly worse for everyone, whether they’re actually engaged or not, and that’s not something to fool with.”

“Everyone is doing what they can,” another agreed, telling Piers. Go if you think you can do better!”
