3 new passport offices set up in Lahore

Three new passport offices have been established in Lahore at NADRA mega centers located in Sandah, Peco Road, and Shimla Pahari.
This initiative, implemented under the supervision of the NADRA chairman and the passport director general, has been welcomed by citizens who now benefit from streamlined services.
Previously, Lahore had five operational passport offices, including those in Shahdara, Quaid-e-Azam Interchange, Raiwind, and Garden Town. With the addition of the three new offices, the total number has increased to eight, significantly reducing the workload on existing facilities and providing greater accessibility for passport applicants.
- Working hours: Shimla Pahari office operates 24 hours, while the Sandah and Peco Road offices remain open until 10pm.
- Integrated services: These centers now offer both identity card and passport services under one roof.
Citizens have expressed their satisfaction, highlighting the ease of accessing multiple services at one location. “This is a great initiative; it saves time and makes the process more efficient,” said one applicant.
