Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah stated on Thursday that people who have engaged in “economic terrorism” will not be let to leave the country, and that the Exit Control List (ECL) is being updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior ministry warned in a statement that “economic terrorists” are national criminals who will not be allowed to leave the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imran Niazi and his party, according to Sanaullah, should apologise to the people for their “incompetence and plundering of national money.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Imran Khan was expelled through a no-confidence motion, and he has now fled the political field,” he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘With Ilhan Omar, which US conspiracy did you discuss?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The former prime minister had been chastised by the interior minister the day before, who questioned his meeting with US Congresswoman Ilhan Abdullah Omar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Congresswoman met with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, President Arif Alvi, and Imran Khan during her four-day visit to Pakistan, which took place from April 20 to 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a statement, the minister asked Imran Khan, “Was the meeting with the American Congresswoman part of a conspiracy or was it interference?” “With Ilhan Omar, whatever US conspiracy did you discuss?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He went on to explain why Imran Khan was meeting Americans, despite the fact that he was accusing the previous Opposition of devising a conspiracy with the US against his government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Imran Khan does not come clean in front of the public about his meeting with the Congresswoman, the government will launch an investigation, according to the interior minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The American people have a right to know the truth. Otherwise, Imran Niazi might write another letter in a few days, as is his custom.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanaullah went on to say that the former prime minister, who used to rally the population against the United States, was now “laughing and talking to the Americans.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
