Megan, who has also appeared on Ex on the Beach and Celebs Go Dating, has been tight-lipped about her relationship with the clothing designer, but revealed in November that they were’really happy.’<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a source, ‘Megan and Josh were spending a lot of time in separate countries and things simply haven’t worked together.’<\/p>\n\n\n\n
‘They have unfollowed each other on Instagram, and Megan has erased the few images she uploaded of herself and Josh from her site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
