As they sat on the sofa together, the 47-year-old, who starred in season 12 of the Channel 4 show, jumped on the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bennett touched the youngster, gave him a lovebite, and attempted to entice him into a bedroom where he could perform a sex act on him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bennett said, “Stop, you’re making me feel awful,” as the adolescent tried to remind him of his age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bennett first denied attacking the woman, blaming his heinous behavior on “slimming substances.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He later admitted to one charge of inciting or forcing a child to engage in sexual activity, as well as two charges of sexual activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The youngster ran screaming from the house and still has flashbacks from the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stated in court: “I raised my eyes to Andrew. What he did piqued my interest. I recall seeing him on Gogglebox a time back.” What transpired in those few hours will stay with me forever “I was terrified and really uneasy. I had no idea what to do.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bennett was arrested and expressed his displeasure with his actions to authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Andrew Bennett forced himself upon his young victim, touching him improperly before seeking to encourage him into further sexual activities,” CPS North East’s Andrew Jones said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bennett denied touching his victim during his first police interview, claiming just to have spoken to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Andrew Bennett carried out these attacks for his own sexual enjoyment, and the consequences for this youngster have been severe.” We sincerely hope that the punishment he received today brings him some relief.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
