After their club fell 5-4 on penalties to Eintracht Frankfurt in Seville, footage purports to show Gers fans assaulting each other in a savage attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At around 11.50 p.m. last night, a fight broke out on the city’s Jamaica Street, just before midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A video shared online shows a big gathering of football supporters wearing Rangers shirts yanking and hauling each other out onto the street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As one woman was hauled to the ground, some of the gang began kicking each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She then begins to kick individuals who approach her, but she is grabbed by the hair and dragged across the ground by a group of men and women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Someone attempts to kick her in the face, while the rest of the group punches and shoves each other, resulting in chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before one of them takes her back by her hair and slams her head to the ground, the woman manages to shove them away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After landing on the ground, the second woman begins to strike the first woman in the head and face with ferocious blows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As one man narrowly avoids being hit by a car in the middle of the road, the two are separated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The video was promptly shared on Twitter, where it received over 10,300 views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A spokesperson for Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It comes as roughly 100,000 people watched the final in Spain versus Eintracht Frankfurt, while millions more watched it on TV in Scotland and throughout the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And there were tears all around as the Rangers succumbed on penalties to the Germans after a tense two hours of action in the searing Spanish heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When Joe Aribo put the Ibrox side ahead after 57 minutes, it appeared like they were on their way to a big night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rafael Santos Borr\u00e9 of Eintracht Frankfurt erased their lead 12 minutes later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
