The Met Office expects that rain will fall at 3 a.m. on Monday, and that rain will fall across much of the United Kingdom by the middle of next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As wind speeds increase, the dismal spells will be punctuated by thunderclaps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
