A disturbing manual for Vladimir Putin’s troops “approves the killing of civilians and pets.”<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

According to reports, Vladimir Putin’s troops were told by their commanders to shoot “looters,” the Ukrainian Dad’s Army, and pet dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to an “invader’s manual” allegedly seized from troops, Russian soldiers<\/a> have also been ordered to avoid using language such as “killed, liquidated, [and] shot” when speaking with locals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The disturbing manual goes on to say that such descriptions have a “negative impact on local residents” and should not be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If troops kill a resident they suspect is a looter or member of the “territorial defense,” they are allegedly instructed to say “the problem has been solved.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dossier, which has made its way into Ukrainian hands, also suggests that such people, as well as “house dogs,” are legitimate targets for assassination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When locals ask, “What are you doing here?” they should respond, “We’re on a humanitarian mission.” We’ve brought food because your authorities have abandoned you.” What happened to your administration? “Where are the cops?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russians should avoid telling locals that they have shelled their towns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Don’t explain that people in Donbas are being shelled – local residents don’t take it well, they don’t understand it,” it says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“By answering with a question to a question, you pass the ball to the person you speak to and make this person answer,” Russian soldiers are taught.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
