European Union leaders have agreed on a plan to block further than two- thirds of Russian oil painting significances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ban will only affect oil painting that arrives by ocean but not channel oil painting, following opposition from Hungary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

European Council chief Charles Michel said the deal cut off a huge source of backing for the Russian war machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s part of a sixth package of warrants approved at a peak in Brussels, which all 27 member countries have had to agree on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
