Modern Warfare II has been unrestricted ahead of the full reveal next week.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

INFINITY Ward released the first teaser trailer for the next Call of Duty on Thursday, ahead of the game’s global debut next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 60-second video gives viewers a first look at the characters who will appear in the campaign mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The game’s developer, Infinity Ward, revealed at the end of the video that its “world reveal” will be released on June 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That means gamers will have to wait a few more days before getting their first proper look at the first-person shooter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II will be available in October, just in time for Christmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The blockbuster shooter was first teased a few months ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s being published by Activision and is a direct sequel to the Modern Warfare reboot released in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new live-action trailer shows Task Force 141, the game’s main team, getting ready to go behind enemy lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As explosions and bullets fly around them, the camera pans between characters inside some sort of vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Activision’s description, “the ultimate weapon is team.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modern Warfare II will be the 19th title in the main Call of Duty series, and it will feature some fan favorites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Captain John Price, Sergeant Kyle ‘Gaz,’ Lieutenant Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley, and the iconic Sergeant John MacTavish \u2013 better known as Soap \u2013 all return to the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kate Laswell, the CIA Station Chief, will also return, and we will most likely introduce a new Warzone 2 map.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
