(FIA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FIA was requested by the court to submit the case file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The judge was informed by the complainant that there was political motivation behind the filing of the money laundering case against him. Elahi was involved in the case, according to the attorney, even if he did not &#8220;control the entities&#8221; the FIA cited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PML-Q legislator, according to the lawyer, was not involved in money laundering or any other illegal actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indictment of Moonis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The complaint against Elahi was filed on June 15 under Sections 34 and 35, according to the FIA&#8217;s first information report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the FIR, the agency&#8217;s Lahore Anti-Corruption Circle opened an inquiry on August 7, 2020 in response to a Sugar Inquiry Commission 2020 report.
