Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari claimed that the report of the alleged rape of a female student at a private college in Lahore has not been confirmed and insisted an inquiry committee will submit its findings within 48 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bukhari also condemned the spread of false information by political rivals, accusing them of using social media to incite unrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a session of the Punjab Assembly, Bukhari emphasized that no evidence has been found to support the claims and urged against exploiting students for political gain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cStudents of schools and colleges are being used for political purposes, which should be avoided,” she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
