Shaan Shahid has confirmed that his new action-thriller\u00a0Zarrar\u00a0<\/em>will be released this year.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe biggest news for our Pakistani film industry,\u201d said the actor, thanking the government for reopening cinemas from March 15.<\/p>\n

Zarrar\u00a0<\/em>was slated to release in 2020 but was put on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions.<\/p>\n

The trailer for\u00a0Zarrar\u00a0<\/em>was\u00a0dropped\u00a0in April last year. Shaan plays a member of the ISI\u2019s special unit in the film, with an objective to wipe out threats to the country.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
