Meghan Markle and Prince Harry “didn’t look happy” in the Oprah interview and have “no way back now”, an expert has claimed.<\/p>\n

Mr Myers, in a conversation with 7News, said the duo do not seem “that happy” in the wake of the interview.<\/p>\n

He added that reputations were “absolutely destroyed”, adding: “There is now way back for Harry and Meghan now.<\/p>\n

“I think there is an awful lot of damage done from this interview.<\/p>\n

“There were reputations that were absolutely destroyed.<\/p>\n

“It’s an absolutely extraordinary turn of events and I didn’t think they looked even that happy.”<\/p>\n

During the interview, Meghan said during her pregnancy there were discussions in the Royal Family about how dark Archie’s skin would be.<\/p>\n

She said: “In those months when I was pregnant \u2026 we have in tandem the conversation of \u2018you won\u2019t be given security,\u2019 \u2018not going to be given a title\u2019, and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he\u2019s born.”<\/p>\n

Harry and Meghan did not say who made those comments, but Oprah later confirmed it was not the Queen or Prince Philip.<\/p>\n

In his first public appearance after the interview was aired, Prince William denied racism inside the Royal Family.<\/p>\n

Asked at the end of a visit to a school if he had spoken to his brother since Harry and Meghan\u2019s explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey, the Duke of Cambridge said: \u201cNo I haven\u2019t spoken to him yet but I will do.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Sky News reporter Inzamam Rashid asked immediately afterwards if the Royal Family was a racist family, William, 38, said: \u201cWe\u2019re very much not a racist family.\u201d<\/p>\n

Harry also said he was “trapped” in the Royal Family just like the rest of his family, including his brother and dad, are now.<\/p>\n

It comes as ITV wants to show unseen footage from Harry and bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.<\/p>\n

More than 90 minutes have not been aired – and palace aides fear it could include damaging revelations.<\/p>\n

The development comes as courtiers try to broker peace talks between brothers Harry, 36, and William, 38, before new statue of their mother Diana is unveiled in July.<\/p>\n

An industry source told the Sunday People: \u201cThere is a lot of interest in showing the interview in full.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe original programme was the biggest show of the year so far in the UK and was bought by firms around the world.<\/p>\n

\u201cShowing more of it would be a guaranteed ratings winner.<\/p>\n

\u201cOprah\u2019s production company know they\u2019re sitting on a goldmine so it\u2019s possible a deal could be done.\u201d<\/p>\n

It is understood ITV paid \u00a31million for the rights to the original programme – but sources say this only covered the part aired in the US.<\/p>\n

The talk was syndicated to 70 countries netting millions of dollars, but Harry and Meghan reportedly were not paid.<\/p>\n

The full interview, three hours 20 minutes long, was cut to one hour and 25 minutes for the CBS broadcast, viewed by more than 12million on ITV the following night.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
