SWAT:<\/strong> A man on Wednesday surrendered to the police after killing his wife and her alleged lover in Batora village here.<\/p>\n

Saidu Sharif SHO Tariq Khan said the suspected killer came to the police station with a pistol and revealed that after finding his wife with a man in one of the rooms of his house, he shot both of them dead.<\/p>\n

He said he had to return to his village from abroad after he came to know about his wife\u2019s illicit affair with a man, also a resident of the Batora village. He told the police that he had married another woman.<\/p>\n

The police officer said the accused had been arrested.<\/p>\n

Separately, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority officials sealed a jam and beverages factory in Qambar Bypass area on Wednesday over production of substandard items.<\/p>\n

According to a statement, a team raided the factory on a tip-off and found that jam and soft drinks were being manufactured with expired ingredients.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
