iPhone 16 Pro hit by major flaw as users report critical issue

Just a week after the highly anticipated launch of the iPhone 16 series, users of the iPhone 16 Pro have started reporting various touchscreen issues.

According to media reports, numerous users have experienced intermittent glitches, where the touchscreen either becomes unresponsive or reacts with a noticeable delay.

Experts believe the problem is not hardware-related but rather a ‘software bug.’ It is suspected that a hypersensitivity feature in Apple’s iOS system, specifically the ‘touch rejection algorithm,’ is mistakenly detecting intended touches as unwanted, causing the screen to ignore essential inputs.

A Reddit post by an iPhone 16 Pro user highlights the frustration faced by many. According to the post, if a user touches near the camera control button, the entire display (except the home bar) becomes unresponsive until the touch is released, further confusing users.

Interestingly, the issue does not occur when the phone is locked, only manifesting when the device is unlocked and in use. This strongly indicates that the problem stems from software, not hardware, and could potentially be resolved in a future iOS update.
