COAS urges all regional countries to corporate together for regional stability

General Qamar Javed Bajwa, the Chief of Army Staff, has encouraged all regional countries to work together to ensure the region’s long-term peace and security.

On Tuesday, he made this demand while speaking with Nepal’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Tapas Adhikari, who paid him a visit at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.

Pakistan wants to strengthen long-term multi-domain ties with Nepal based on shared interests, according to the Army Chief.

Issues of mutual interest, the regional security situation, and steps to enhance bilateral ties were discussed at the meeting.

The visiting dignitary praised Pakistan’s efforts to maintain regional stability and offered to work with Pakistan to deepen diplomatic cooperation at all levels.
