Selena Gomez prepared her own procedure and taped a clip while constantly avoiding her eyes after Hailey Bieber took to TikTok to share a fresh cosmetics instruction with the internet on Tuesday.

According to screenshots on Twitter, enraged fans screamed, “It’s giving I’m a performative failure who brazenly gets away with abusing other women” and “the way she curled her eyes in every step.”

Gomez, on the other hand, was quick to apologize for her tone-deaf video and affirmed that she would erase it.

“This is why I think it’s important to look after your mental health.”
