Woman Embarrassed by Epic Gym Fail
A woman whose workout video went viral for all the wrong reasons has made the most of a bad situation after the hilarious fail bagged her a date with the man who helped her.
Ashley, also known as Fitby.ash on TikTok, has racked up more than 6.1 million views after sharing a video of herself in the gym with the message: “I am so embarrassed that this just happened.
The 22-year-old, who revealed she was on holiday, was filming herself using a Smith machine to do squats while standing on a small platform.
But in the middle of the movement, the platform began to slip from under her feet as she landed on her back and the weights dropped to the floor behind her.
But the assumption that the pair hit it off after the video ended didn’t appear to be wide of the mark, as Ashley uploaded follow up videos that hinted she had been out on dates with the mystery man.
She filmed herself in the passenger seat of a car before showing that he was the one driving, showed the pair working out together (with no embarrassing falls), and then later uploaded a clip of them together in a restaurant playing a hand-slap game.
Ashley has yet to confirm people’s suspicions about whether the pair are officially an item.
