‘What exactly is a woman?’ Biden’s administration agencies have refused to respond.
By mentioning a meaning of “women,” the Biden administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Education, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Federal Bureau of Prisons were all reached. Despite each office touting entire initiatives aimed at assisting women, none of the offices provided a definition or guidelines for a person to be classified as a “woman,” and the DOJ declined to comment.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has asked the organization to define “women” in a way that is analogous to phrases like “women’s freedoms” and “women’s medical care.” The National Institutes of Health describes itself as “the steward of clinical and conduct research for the Nation,” and its objective as “gathering information regarding the nature and conduct of clinical and conduct research.”
The NIH asserts on their website that “‘S**’ relates to natural disparities among females and men, including chromosomes, sex organs, and endogenous hormonal profiles.” “‘Orientation’ refers to socially constructed and sanctioned jobs and behaviors that occur in a genuine and social setting and differ throughout social hierarchies and over time.” Everyone behaves in a variety of ways that satisfy the general public’s orientation assumptions. With ongoing cooperation among s** and orientation, science and the statement of orientation are not totally set in stone.”
Despite this, the NIH’s text did not mention the relevance of “women.”

The NIH responded, “We are happy the page was quite valuable,” but went on to say, “We have nothing else to contribute.”
