PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari will meet with PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif in London today, almost two weeks after the current coalition government ousted Imran Khan.
PPP leaders Sherry Rehman, Naveed Qamar, and Qamar Zaman Kaira are expected to attend the meeting, which will begin at 7 p.m. (Pakistani time).
PPP Secretary-General Farhatullah Babar confirmed Bilawal’s meeting earlier, telling that the PPP chairman is seeing Nawaz to congratulate him on the coalition government.
“The primary goal of my visit with Nawaz Sharif is to congratulate him on the coalition government and to discuss the present political situation,” he added.
Meanwhile, sources claim that the PPP and the PML-N agreed that Bilawal will take over as foreign minister.
