PM Shehbaz and JUI-F leader Fazl about current political situation.

On Thursday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the head of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, met in Islamabad to discuss the country’s overall political situation.

Federal ministers Rana Sanullah and Khwaja Saad Rafique also attended the meeting.

According to the PM Office, Maulana Fazlur Rehman raised concern about the economic figures presented during the government’s first cabinet meeting.

He praised the government’s dedication to guiding the country out of its current difficulties and onto a path of progress and development.

Former president and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain met earlier on Wednesday to discuss the current political situation.
