MNA PML-Q Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif named Chaudhry Salik Hussain as head of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Authority on Friday.
Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain’s son and a PML-Q member Khalid Mansoor has been replaced as the head of the CPEC authority by Chaudhry Salik Hussain.
Regarding Salik Chaudhry’s appointment to the federal cabinet, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain stated that his son chose to serve as a federal minister as a result of his advice.
Both PML-Q ministers, he claimed, will not compromise on national security since “Pakistan is first and foremost” for them.
“Overcoming problems is a priority, and our solution is tolerance and elegance,” he remarked.
Three federal ministers and one state minister met earlier today.
