British people are off-color 50% of the time.
According to studies, Britons only feel good 47% of the time.
A survey of 2,000 people reveals how happy they are on a daily basis.
A quarter of adults have anxiousness at least once a week, and 40% have body aches on most days, according to the study.
Almost half of respondents (57%) say it’s rare for them to feel physically at their best, while 61% say aches and pains are a regular part of their lives.
The main causes were an imbalanced diet, insufficient exercise, and a lack of hours in the day. “It is difficult to remain 100 percent at all times, and there will be things that drag us down,” a spokeswoman for natural vitamin and supplement producer MyVybe, which performed the study, said. Aches, strains, and sniffles seem to find us more easily as we get older than they did when we were younger. However, many young people report having identical problems, so this could be a case of looking back with rose-colored glasses.
“Just staying on top of the many different ways we need to look after ourselves — both emotionally and physically – may be a full-time job.”
Brits also claim that they feel 100% for only 10 hours and 12 minutes on average.
Adults are most likely to feel their best in the morning, with the evening being the time when they are most likely to struggle after a long day.
Only 63 percent of Americans consider themselves healthy, and 23% are currently dieting to lose weight.
To improve their health, 41% have attempted going to bed earlier and the same percentage have made an effort to drink more water.
Four out of ten people have increased their physical activity, while nearly one-quarter (27%) have turned to pills or vitamins.
According to the OnePoll data, another tenth has tried to increase their self-esteem by reserving a spa day.
However, 42% believe that putting things in place will help.
Nearly seven out of ten people (68%) have reached the point where they just accept days when they aren’t feeling well and look forward to the following one.
“No matter how often you feel physically down, there’s virtually always something you can do to make things better,” a MyVybe spokeswoman noted.
“If you find that your back or shoulders aren’t in the ideal shape after years of working a desk job, there are exercises you can take, or you could try a standing desk,” says the author.
Diet also plays a significant role – and if you find it difficult to eat the correct foods, this might be problematic.
