Photographs have emerged of the house of horrors
Photographs have emerged of the house of horrors where a three-year-old boy was mauled to death.
The boy was murdered in the “devastating” attack at a home in Milnrow, near Rochdale, where the hounds had previously been reported.
An old rusted fence defends what seems to be a chewed kennel, and a red and white sign warns “dogs are loose.”
In the lawn of the house on Carr Lane where the animal hit, forensic tents have also been set up.
At around 1.15 p.m. on Sunday, police and paramedics were dispatched to a rural property near the M62.
Police are still investigating the circumstances, though the incident is being regarded as a criminal inquiry.
At this time, no arrests have been made.
“This is a horrible, devastating occurrence,” said Detective Superintendent Jamie Daniels of Greater Manchester Police’s Public Protection and Serious Crime Division. “Our sympathies are with the family at this horrifying time.”
We’re looking into the occurrence as well as other dog-related incidents at this location.
