Massive raid at Karachi Airport

Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) immigration wing raided Karachi Airport and arrested a passenger Alian Zaman who was found with more than 47 fraudulent visas on his mobile phone.

Zaman was attempting to travel to the UK using a Malaysian visit visa with the assistance of an agent.

The total amount he was required to pay for the fraudulent visa services was Rs2.8 million. So far, Zaman has paid Rs4 million to the agent through cash and microfinance accounts.

The FIA continues to investigate the case and is taking action against the individuals involved in the visa fraud scheme.
