GHQ attack case: Imran indicted; Omar Ayub and Raja Basharat arrested
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and around 60 PTI leaders have been indicted in the Pakistan Army’s General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi gate attack case.
Awami Muslim League founder Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Sheikh Ashad Shafiq, Raja Basharat, and Zartaj Gul were also indicted.
National Assembly opposition leader Omar Ayub was also indicted in the GHQ attack case.
Arrests from outside the Adiala Jail
Former law minister of Punjab Raja Basharat, National Assembly Opposition leader Omar Ayub, and Ahmed Catha were arrested outside the Rawalpindi Central Jail – Adiala Jail and shifted to the Police chowki.
The hearing of the GHQ gate attack case has been adjourned till Dec 10.
