PTI hints to resume talks with govt over judicial commission issue

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar has stated that the party’s founder has put negotiations on hold, emphasizing that seven days were sufficient for the government to announce the commission.
He reiterated PTI’s willingness to reconsider if the government makes progress and announces the commission.
Barrister Gohar said to the media, “Seven days were enough to announce the commission. We are ready to reconsider, but the government must take the step of announcing the commission.”
He added that PTI participated in the negotiations with an open heart. “The founder of PTI has paused the talks. The government had placed eight laws on their agenda, while we presented only two demands,” he noted.
