Lata Mangeshkar will be honored at one of Ayodhya’s crossings.
A famous intersection in Ayodhya will be built and named after the legendary vocalist Bharat Ratna, Lata Mangeshkar.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given the Ayodhya administration 15 days to choose a prominent crossing in the temple town and submit a request to the state government to rename it after Lata Mangeshkar.
The city of Ayodhya has started identifying strategic crossing sites. In Ayodhya, Lata Mangeshkar will perform songs dedicated to Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman.
According to government sources, the crucial crossing in Ayodhya on the path to Ram Janmabhoomi was most likely chosen for this project.
“Within the next 10 days, we will complete a major crossing and submit a proposal to the state government to rename it after Lata Mangeshkar,” said Ayodhya Mayor Rishikesh Upadhyay.
