Royal Mail website goes down.
Hundreds of customers are unable to log in after the Royal Mail website goes down.
The Royal Mail website is down, and hundreds of customers are unable to check in or track their packages.
Customers have been experiencing troubles on and off all day, according to Downdetector.
The issues appear to have begun approximately 11:30 a.m. today.
More than 200 users complained about the outage this morning, according to the outage tracking website.
Around 3 p.m. this afternoon, another burst of complaints occurred, with 180 people reporting issues with the website.
The majority of the problems revolve around tracking packages and logging into the Royal Mail website.
Customers who were dissatisfied with the problem resorted to social media to express their dissatisfaction.
One Twitter user remarked, “I have a shipment due for delivery today.”
“I received an email from Royal Mail stating that delivery will be between 11:11am and 2:11pm, but nothing has arrived.” “I’m attempting to trace something, but it’s not working.” “Could you please tell me where this is?”
“Is there a problem with the Royal Mail app Tracking?” asked another.
When pressed, it simply crashes (all other options are working). I’ve tried a different phone, and the same thing happens.”
A third client added: “I believe you should review your website and app.” I can’t get on to the site, and tracking appears to be down.”
The IT staff at Royal Mail said on Twitter that they were aware of an earlier issue that had been resolved.
However, user reports on Downdetector and social media suggest that the problems are still there for certain clients.
