Security forces kill two Taliban bomb-makers in South Waziristan

Security forces shot and killed two terrorists belonging to the Sajna group of Pakistani Taliban during an intelligence-based operation in South Waziristan on Monday. Another terrorist was arrested with bullet wounds during the operation.

“Security Forces conducted an Intelligence-Based Operation in Nargosa area of South Waziristan district. During intense fire two terrorists Usman Ali and Waheed alias Lashtai were killed and one got injured and apprehended, Pakistan Army’s media wing said in a press release.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate, the killed terrorists were active members of TTP Sajna group and were experts in making Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), terrorist trainers, motivator and were involved in attacks on security forces.

Terrorist Usman was also involved in the attack on security forces on October 14, 2020. Captain Umer Cheema, two JCOs and three soldiers had embraced Shahadat while 4 were injured during the attack.
