PM Imran Khan allegedly utilised the National Security Council for political gain, according to Maryam Nawaz.
Maryam Nawaz, Vice President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, has stated that Imran Khan manipulated the National Security Council for political gain and enlisted the help of the country’s highest security institution to rescue his administration.
She urged that Prime Minister Imran Khan be held accountable for breaking Pakistan’s constitution.
She went on to say that this was not a matter of the National Assembly being dissolved, but rather a matter of the Constitution being violated.
She made these remarks while speaking at a press conference in Lahore on Tuesday night.
Maryam Nawaz also requested an explanation from the security establishment on the matter.
Imran Khan, according to Maryam Nawaz, talked about the letter a lot but didn’t display it to the Pakistani people.
She said Imran had dispatched Pakistan’s ambassador, Asad Majeed Khan, to Brussels in order to conceal the truth. Imran was well aware that his deception would be exposed when Asad Majeed Khan was questioned about the alleged letter.
She said that the letter was made up and included no truth.
She insisted that Imran Khan’s administration was overthrown due of uncontrollable inflation, not a foreign conspiracy.
She questioned if foreign nations were responsible for increases in commodity, medication, and other costs.
She stated Imran disbanded the NA in order to avoid being investigated and arrested.
She said that the petitioners in the Supreme Court case were not the opposition parties or the PDM, but rather the Pakistan Constitution, which is a petitioner before the apex court.
She stated that Imran Khan, Pakistani President Dr. Arif Alvi, National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser, and Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri had violated the Constitution, and that the punishment was Article 6, which suggested that the accused be executed.
Ms Maryam Nawaz maintained If today, Imran Khan and his cronies were escaped from punishment, so everyone in future will violate the constitution.
If the NA Speaker did not acknowledge the Constitution, so his ruling could be accepted.
“We are all custodians of the Constitution,” she added.
