Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes was reportedly involved in a car accident.
Manchester United player Bruno Fernandes was reportedly involved in a vehicle accident on Monday morning, according to sources.
The 27-year-old was involved in an accident on the eve of United’s Premier League match against Liverpool, according to the PA news agency.
There have been no serious injuries reported, and the Portuguese international was allowed to train with the rest of Ralf Rangnick’s club on Monday.
Interim manager Rangnick stated after the collision on Monday that Fernandes will be available to play Liverpool.
He answered, “Yes, he was training with the team.” “Obviously, the collision occurred on the way to Carrington, but no one was wounded as far as I know.”
“He exercised with the squad and seemed to be in good shape. That’s why I believe he’ll be OK for tomorrow.”
Bruno Fernandes has nine goals and six assists in 30 league games for the Reds this season.
He was a key player in United’s 3-2 triumph against relegation-threatened Norwich City on Saturday.
