Katie Price might face jail today

Katie Price might face jail today if she enters a guilty plea in court to violating a restraining order.

Katie Price, a former beauty model and reality TV star, is scheduled to appear in court today, accused of violating a restraining order issued in 2019 against her ex-husband Kieran Hayler and his fiancée Michelle Penticost.

If she enters a guilty plea today, the 43-year-old beauty model might face jail time.

She allegedly branded Kieran’s fiancée a “gutter s**g” in a text message to him.

After reportedly sending the foul-mouthed letter intended at Michelle, the mother-of-five was charged with violating the restraining order.

She is also said to have sent a ‘aggressive’ message to Michelle in January.

Katie is also accused of texting Kieran, 34, and referring to Michelle as a “c***ing w***e piece of s***” and a “gutter s**g.”

The celebrity is scheduled to appear before Crawley Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.

Katie’s response to the charge of breaking the restraining order is unclear.

Katie’s plea to the allegation of violating the restraining order is unknown.

If she pleads guilty, the court will determine the punishment by considering the offender’s purpose as well as the emotional hurt caused by the offence.

They will also consider any aggravating or mitigating considerations.

Katie received a 16-week suspended sentence and a two-year driving penalty after admitting to drink-driving while disqualified and without insurance in an incident near her home in Sussex in January.

“On Friday, January 21, police arrested a lady on suspicion of violating a restraining order,” Sussex Police announced in March.

Katie Price, 43, has already been charged with harassment and violating a restraining order.”

In 2019, Kieran’s partner Michelle was given a five-year restraining order against Katie, a mother of five.

It happened when Horsham JPs were informed that, during the hearing, the reality personality and author unleashed a foul-mouthed outburst at Kieran’s new spouse outside a primary school.

Katie received the restraining order after pleading guilty to using threatening and abusive words or behaviour that was likely to cause harassment.

Katie was said to have approached Michelle at the school gates while she was conversing with another parent in August 2018.

“You may kiss my daughter, but you can’t say hello,” Katie is supposed to have shouted.

Following allegations that Katie frequently called Michelle a “f***ing c***” outside of school, a victim statement was read aloud in court on Michelle’s behalf.
