Netflix has cancelled Meghan Markle’s animation project!

The animated project that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are working on with Netflix has a release date.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed a multimillion-dollar deal with the streaming juggernaut in September 2020, but two years later, they have failed to produce enough content to meet their responsibilities.

Meghan‘s animated series ‘Pearl,’ about a 12-year-old girl, was passed up in the midst of it all.

“Our protagonist Pearl, like many young girls her age, is on a journey of self-discovery as she fights to overcome life’s daily challenges,” Meghan said of the show.

“I’m thrilled that Archewell Productions, in cooperation with Netflix’s incredible platform and these incredible filmmakers, will be able to provide you with this unprecedented experience.”
