Archie, Harry and Meghan’s son, receives birthday greetings from the Queen.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s baby Archie received birthday greetings from the Queen and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

His royal family flocked to social media to publicly convey their best wishes to the toddler, who is enjoying his third birthday today in California.

A photo of Archie as a newborn with his parents and Grandmother Doria Ragland greeting the Queen and the late Prince Philip was shared on the official Royal Family Twitter account.

“Wishing Archie Mountbatten-Windsor a very happy 3rd Birthday!” was written alongside it. A birthday cake emoji was also included.

Meanwhile, William and Kate chose to share a family portrait shot at Archie’s christening, which they shared on Instagram.

“Wishing Archie a very happy 3rd Birthday today,” they said, along with a birthday cake and balloon emoji.

When it came to Archie’s grandfather Charles, his Clarence House Twitter account posted the identical image as the Queen’s.

“Happy Birthday Archie!” he wrote in his letter to his grandson.

Since his parents left their jobs as senior working royals to start a new life in California, none of Archie’s royal relatives had seen him.

While on their way to the Invictus Games in The Hague, Meghan and Harry had a private visit with the Queen at Windsor Castle last month.

During that visit, the pair told the Queen that she would be seeing her great-grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet, “in the near future,” according to source.
