iPhone 14 ‘leak’ disclosures a gigantic price rise.
APPLE is developing a new smartphone for 2022 that could cost $100 higher than the previous generation.
A well-known gadget leaker has revealed the specifications of a rumored “iPhone 14 Pro.”
Apple has yet to announce such a phone, and is unlikely to do so until September of this year.
However, as Apple prepares for launch, iPhone leaks will increase in both quality and number.
Apple is rumored to be “accelerating” production of the iPhone 14.
And now, on Twitter, gadget leaker @Shadow Leak has shared what they claim are iPhone 14 Pro details.
We won’t know whether the post is accurate because it’s impossible to know.
Along with the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, and iPhone 14 Pro Max, the iPhone 14 Pro is scheduled to be released.
According to the leak, it would include a huge 6.06-inch flexible OLED screen with a fast 120Hz refresh rate (for smooth scrolling and animations).
The display is expected to feature a resolution of 2,532 x 1,170-pixels, which translates to 460 pixels per inch.
That’s the same pixel density as the iPhone 13 Pro from last year.
It’s likely to have a speedier A16 Bionic chip, which is a given based on previous iPhone releases.
The phone is rumored to have 6GB of fast LPDDR5 memory, as well as 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of storage.
We’re anticipating a triple on the back.
A selfie camera and the Face ID scanner should be housed in a pill-shaped notch at the top of the screen.
A titanium alloy frame is expected to be used for the body.
The entry-level model is expected to cost $1,099, which is $100 more than the previous year’s model.
Unfortunately, none of this will be confirmed until Apple makes a formal announcement later this year.
So, when will the iPhone 14 be available?
Estimated iPhone 14 Release Date
The big launch event is always in September, and it usually takes place early in the month, on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
We anticipate the event on Tuesday, September 13 or Wednesday, September 14 in 2022.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 14 would follow.
