Pakistan Day Parade 2025 to be held on limited scale amid Ramazan

The Pakistan Day Parade will take place on March 23 with traditional enthusiasm but on a limited scale due to the ongoing holy month of Ramadan, official sources confirmed.

Despite the scaled-down arrangements, the parade will see full participation from the armed forces, with troops from the Pakistan Army, Navy, and Air Force marching in the ceremony.

The event will be held within the premises of the Presidential Palace in Islamabad, sources said.

President Asif Ali Zardari will preside over the ceremony as the chief guest. The troops of the armed forces will pay tribute to him with a formal salute during the parade. Fighter aircraft of the Pakistan Air Force will also conduct a flypast over the Presidential Palace, showcasing aerial maneuvers.

The Pakistan Army’s renowned Pipe and Percussion Band will perform during the event, adding to the traditional fervor of the celebrations. Foreign ambassadors and other dignitaries have been invited to attend the ceremony.
