IPL 2022: Cummins comments after his scorching knock, “I am definitely more surprised.”

Pat Cummins stated he was “more startled” than anybody for getting the quickest fifty in IPL history, which helped Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) beat Mumbai Indians.

The 28-year-old Australian Test captain joined Venkatesh Iyer at number seven. Cummins scored 56 off 16 balls as the partnership hammered the Indians while chasing a 162-run mark.

Cummins’ knock eclipsed Venkatesh’s 50 off 41 balls as the two put up a 61-run stand off 14 balls.
