Habitan Bashir Baloch, the husband of a suicide bomber at Karachi University, has been apprehended.

On Wednesday, police apprehended the spouse of the Karachi University suicide bomber, Habitan Bashir Baloch.

This is the first arrest made by security personnel since their expansion. According to sources, Habitan Bashir Baloch is being questioned.

The arrest of the suicide bomber’s spouse, Habitan Bashir Baloch, was reported to China’s envoy in Pakistan.

The Chinese envoy was informed on the latest developments at a session at Karachi’s Chief Minister’s House presided over by Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah.

In a statement, Rana Sanaullah stated that the federal government guaranteed the Chinese embassy of complete assistance in the investigation into the KU suicide bombing.

He stated that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will convene a meeting to establish the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA).

According to Sanaullah, the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) represents Pakistan’s future, and its projects would be a watershed moment in the country’s growth.

According to the interior ministry, the premier is having meetings with the provincial governments on the NACTA.

The DNA samples of the victims of a suicide attack at the University of Karachi have been received by the Sindh DNA Forensic Laboratory.

According to reports, the remains of the four people killed in the incident are unrecognisable, and the reason for the delay in identification is the lack of DNA samples from the victims’ family members.

However, the DNA of the Pakistani driver’s relatives was acquired.

Due of the inability to collect DNA samples from the Chinese instructors’ families, the team is attempting to obtain samples from the objects used by the foreign teachers.

The crew is hoping to find samples of toothbrushes, razors, and other goods.

Notably, at least four persons were murdered, including three Chinese nationals, in a vehicle bomb at Karachi University on Tuesday, according to Sindh Police.

The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the suicide assault in Karachi on Chinese nationals. The terror act was carried out by the group’s first female attacker, according to a statement given to the media.
