A postman Hit out a family dog, leaving a daughter in tears.

A doorbell camera captured the terrifying moment as the Royal Mail worker delivered a delivery.

The postman can be heard murmuring a few words before passing the parcel to the teenage girl in CCTV from Greater Manchester.

The family’s small dog is then seen sprinting towards the open entrance, barking.

The man then appears to kick the dog, sending it flying across the driveway and crying onto the lawn in an incredible scene.

It stands up and avoids the postman, who alleges the dog nipped him on the ankle, causing a reflex. The man then walks away, but the distraught daughter’s mother reported she was inconsolable after the awful episode.

The dog now wets itself every time the doorbell rings, according to the mother, who has filed a formal complaint with Royal Mail.

“She was bawling her eyes out and she’s not an emotional kid,” the mother claimed. “My dog is scared of going to the door and wets himself and visibly shakes when the doorbell rings.”
