From October, a £400 energy discount will be applied to household gas and electricity bills across the country.

This is due to the fact that they are in charge of paying for your gas and electricity.

In theory, the landlord should be expected to pass along the savings.

Most caravan owners pay a fee to the park owner that includes the energy they use.

In this case, the £400 discount would be passed on to the bill payer rather than you.

Electricity use is typically included in your docking fee for boat dwellers, so the discount would not be applied directly to you.
