A prime central London parking space could be yours for £60k.

A PARKING SPACE IN LONDON IS FOR SALE FOR £60K, BUT THERE IS A CONDITION.

The space is in a great location in the heart of the capital, in Kingston House South, Knightsbridge – but a large portion of it is taken up by a massive concrete bollard.

Prospective buyers with large vehicles will most likely be unable to place a bid despite the low price.

Gordon Lindsay Associates listed it on the property website Rightmove.

According to the listing, the price of the space was reduced on May 30, indicating that Gordan Lindsay is looking for a buyer.

And, based on the massive bollard, it is not.

According to the Rightmove listing: “Kingston House South, Ennismore Gardens, leasehold parking space Lease for 150 years beginning March 25, 1990.”

It also states that there will be a service charge of £218.74 for the fiscal year 2021/2022.

If you need to catch a train, there are excellent public transportation options nearby.

South Kensington, Knightsbridge, and Gloucester Road stations are all less than a mile away.
